0.14	control scanning through mod_dnsbl

0.13	helps overcome some problems with a misbehaving daemon. On some
	files, clamd seems to fail and to return nothing at all, giving
	the module a hard time to find out whether the file is ok or not.
	The new directive ClamavAcceptDaemonproblem reverses the previous
	behaviour, which rejected all such files. With this directive to
	on, such files are accepted.

0.12	adds a new directive to make the module useful even for low memory
	machines without disks.
